Thursday 18/01/08,
Well I have laid 85% of the track and have made my first big blunda, wrong track! I used the 'track wood us' which is as I know now 4 foot track, I needed 3 foot narrow gauge. What to do?
Checked the Net - nothing, checked every trainz site I could find - nothing, get up the courage to post on the 'Trainz Forum - Wow! overnight, several posts from some very helpful people who were very friendly.
See how to exchange one object for another here.
Check back often.
The White Pebble Rapids RR Started life as the first module
[ 930 mm X 1230 mm baseboard ] of a small 1940's 'N' Gauge logging layout.
After fourteen years of life happening, the layout was not even operational [ power had never been connected ], track had been checked before mountains had been added, but that is where life in this community came to a stand still.
Fast forward to now [ 2008 ] and a 2007 Christmas present of a Trainz bundle.
Mow I can join both my hobbies together and I will try in my humble style to let you know how I go in doing so.
Being a novice at Trainz I may be of help to someone who is also trying out this program, I will be using Trainz 2004, Oh I have 2006, but from all the reading that I have done, most advise using Trainz 04.
So starts all journeys, with the first step, or in this case the first downloaded item.
